Bexhill Academy is committed to preparing students for the world of work and supporting them to make informed decisions about their future options.  We have an established careers programme that is evaluated and updated on an annual basis.  We hold the The Quality in Careers Standard which was reassessed by Investor in Careers in December 2017.  Our careers programme is mapped against the Gatsby Benchmarks which are seen as the gold standard for careers provision.

It is never too early to start thinking about what you might like to do and there are lots of great websites that offer you the opportunity to explore any ideas you may have. 

It is quite normal for ideas to change over time but the more ideas you have, explore and consider, the better informed you will be - helping you to make good decisions about which pathway to follow.
