EAL
We warmly welcome students from diverse backgrounds and linguistic abilities. At the moment, we have 134 students from different countries: Nigeria, Syria, India, Ukraine, Vietnam, France, Italy, Portugal, China, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Afghanistan, Japan, Turkey. We understand the unique needs of students who use English as an additional language. Our student body comprises individuals from all over the world, who speak a range of languages including Igbo, Polish, Urdu, Vietnamese, Malayalam, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Russian, Pashto, French, Bengali, Japanese, Turkish, Hungarian and Mandarin.

- Support in class, scaffolding the lesson
- Training for Teachers
- Assessment for new arrivals
- Supporting home-school community links
- An international club and a homework club
- Promotion of first languages and GCSEs
