Our Commitment to Excellence

At Bexhill Academy, we believe in being open, honest, and ambitious for our entire community. While our 2022 Ofsted report didn’t fully reflect the high standards we hold ourselves to, it offered us valuable insights and a clear roadmap for improvement.

Over the past year, our staff and leadership have worked tirelessly to address every area identified. From teaching and learning to student well-being and community engagement, we’ve made significant progress—and we’ve seen the results of that hard work across the academy.

Following a monitoring visit in February 2024, we were pleased to receive confirmation that we were firmly on the right track. And in May 2025, we welcomed a full Ofsted inspection once again. While we are not yet able to share the outcome publicly, we are incredibly proud of what was seen and said during the visit.

We’re confident that our journey of improvement has placed us in a strong position, and we look forward to sharing more very soon.
